    For students who have been out of the district for two or more years: If you are a parent or guardian who is looking for your child’s transcript, verification or diploma, please visit our Student Records webpage for the form you will need to complete.

    If your student is currently enrolled in Seattle Public Schools (or attended within the last 2 years), please contact the last school they attended.

    Community Based Organization with a formal agreement
